I promised I'd make this guy way back when I made my Magikarp hat and... well... things have been a little crazy around here and I haven't gotten around to doing it until now. My next project will either be to redo my Growlithe hat or do a Scrafty hat. Getting Scrafty's frill to stand up is going to pose a MAJOR challenge.
